Delivery Policy
Delivery Fees
- Deliveries to Malta on orders under €150: €30 delivery fee to the ground floor.

- Deliveries to Malta on Orders over €150: Free delivery to the ground floor.
​
- Deliveries to Gozo - Fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery Lead-time
- If the furniture piece is available at our local stores we will deliver in 3 to 5 working days for Malta and Gozo.
​
- If the furniture piece is not available at our local stores we will deliver in 8 to 12 weeks. (You can opt to call for availability before placing your order)

Additional Delivery Info
- No specific time can be given for delivery its either AM or PM
​
- Delivery is to the ground floor, customers can choose an option for furniture lifter at €35 per hour up to 5 floors — more than 5 Floors €70 per hour. Valletta €70
​
- Installation is not included, each piece of furniture carries its own installation fee (check product options).
​
- Packaging will be disposed of by the customer.
​
- Important to check goods with the delivery person, claims for damages after won't be accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
When an item is purchased from our online store you can return the item in accordance to the current cooling down period specified by law.
​
It is important that the item is returned the same state as it was delivered. If the box is either opened or tampered with the product is not eligible for exchange or refund.
​
No cooling down period / returns excepted if the customer has seen product at our showroom.
​
To return an item, you (the customer) have to deliver the product to our showroom in Birkirkara. We can also collect the returned item from any address in Malta or Gozo at an additional fee according to the product.
